For overseas orders please contact us directly for postage prices before making an order. Overseas order will have to be done through email and we would send you an invoice to cover through PayPal.
We ask you to contact us to let us know of any problems including faulty, wrong items or damaged in transit goods. Personalised products or orders already shipped can’t be refunded, cancelled or exchanged.
REPORTING A PROBLEM
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us by email at email@example.com. We aim to acknowledge any complaint within 7 working days (usually it takes 2-3 days), and will do our best to resolve it within 14 days. We may ask you to take a photograph of the product to help us communicate with our suppliers and correct any future problems. Should it be necessary, we will then advise you how to return your item.
